  • Currently, vacuum storage technologies available in the market are primarily meant for large companies and require:
  • capital investment
  • periodic servicing and maintenance
  • semi-skilled labour
  • Other traditional methods like air-tight containers, plastic and metal boxes, liner bags etc. are ineffective
  • Vaculoc has developed ultra-high vacuum flexible storage containers that are cost-effective, reusable and more importantly do not need any machine, electricity or maintenance to create vacuum conditions.

How does the Vaculoc technology work?

  • Vaculoc’s technology uses four components - flexible container, cap, armlock and hand pump
  • Flexible containers are made of special patented polyethylene capable of withstanding pressure up to 0.00001 pascal
  • Once the container is capped and armlock is tightened, hand pump can be used to vacuum the container till it become hard like a brick
  • To reuse the container, simply remove the cap and armlock and dispense the contents

Vaculoc flexible vacuum containers can last for nearly two years, provided they are used as per instructions and kept away from sharp edges.

In the event of any damage, users have the option to buy only the damaged component separately, instead of a whole new set which comprises (1) flexible container (2) cap (3) armlock (4) hand pump

Currently, Vaculoc flexible vacuum containers are not designed for following items:

  • Liquids
  • Fine powders
  • Items with sharp edges
  • Anything below -20 degree Celsius
  • Anything above 50 degree Celsius
